Refund policy
Commissioned Artwork
I have a 14-day refund policy for commissioned artwork, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Please note, deposits are non-refundable.
Commissions are only shipped once you have viewed an emailed image of the final drawing and have signed to say you are happy with the outcome.
Any payment made following completion of a commission is non-refundable unless:
I. The client can provide evidence that the artwork was damaged in transit.
II. The artwork received is remarkably different from that photographed and viewed by the client before the project was signed as completed (allowances must be made for the fact that colour/contrast may vary from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings).
If this is the case, you must contact me by emailing hello@beccanolanarts.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the artwork. You must be able to provide evidence of damage done during (and not after) transit or significant difference from what was expected of the artwork. I may ask for the work to be returned to be inspected - in this case, I will cover the cost of additional postage. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 168 Hoylake Road, Moreton, Wirral, CH46 8TQ.
In the case that an agreement to a refund is made, the refund will be processed within 10 working days of said agreement and payed back into the account that you used to pay the initial fee.
Prints and other items
I have a 14-day refund policy for items in my online shop, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at hello@beccanolanarts.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for a return or refund you must be able to provide evidence of damage done during (and not after) transit or significant difference from what was expected of the item.
Items from my online shop are only eligible for return or refund for the following reasons:
I. The item was damaged in transit.
II. The item is significantly different to how it was described, e.g. you have received the wrong size or colour.
III. You have received the wrong item entirely.
Returns
After you request a return, I will provide a shipping label so that you can ship it back to me. I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return has been accepted. I will then either issue a refund or offer a replacement.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit I can either issue a refund or offer a replacement. Please be prepared to provide photographs of the item in the exact state it was received.
Refunds
If your return is approved or your item has arrived damaged/defective, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
